Joy started her pottery journey in the 1970's creating domestic ware, moving on to teach the art while living in Papua New Guinea. After an absence of 40 years she has returned to ceramics with a more playful approach to her work. She enjoys blending clays, and experimenting with different shapes on the wheel and hand building.
